Module 2 - Build NFT model in Rell

In this module, we will build our NFT model using Rell. It will have capability to handle ownership and attributes that define the NFT and give it properties.

Also, we will look at how we can mint new NFTs and provide a quick look at how to generate randomness on the Chromia blockchain.
